LayerZero Power Systems, Inc is Founded
Chagrin Falls, Ohio (April 4, 2001) Milind M. Bhanoo and James M. Galm announced the founding of LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. an OhioCorporation. The founders’ vision is to provide ultimately reliable and information-centric electric power distribution products with open connectivity to mission-critical facilities. Products provided and processes implemented by LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. will meet the usability criteria of “foundation level” products and processes. The company has aspirations to become top-tier supplier of products to the foundation infrastructure layer in the burgeoning digital economy.
Milind M. Bhanoo was appointed President in an informal ceremony. Milind holds bachelors and masters level degrees in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH. He also has an MBA degree from the same university. Milind has a decade of marketing and sales experience in the power conditioning industry.
Simultaneously, James M. Galm was appointed Vice-President and Chief Technical Officer. Jim holds bachelors, masters and doctoral level degrees in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH. Jim is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and has over a decade of experience in the design and manufacture of power conditioning products.
