LayerZero CustomerWeb Announces Launch Of Incident Report Tracking Tool

 

Chagrin Falls, Ohio (December 14, 2004)  LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. a leader designer of high reliability power distribution equipment, announces the launch of an Incident Report Tracking Tool on its CustomerWeb portal.  This functionality enables customers to start an incident report and schedule visits for service via the LayerZero website.  The CustomerWeb scheduling tool has advanced functionality that centralizes the administration of schedules, to be able to efficiently notify various groups of people when events are scheduled, and to automatically check for conflicts in scheduling.
