Guided Bypass Procedures

LayerZero eSTS products feature an innovative "double goalpost" mechanical interlock that physically prevents incorrect bypass sequences. Operators are guided through the procedure using a large touchscreen interface with on-screen instructions, videos, and voice prompts.
The system ensures that each breaker is moved in the correct order. If an incorrect action is attempted, the software immediately alerts the operator — preventing mistakes and protecting both people and equipment.
Voice-Guided User Interface

Sectionalized Internal Architecture

LayerZero products are engineered with physical separation between major system zones. Breaker compartments, power electronics, and control electronics are each isolated within their own sections.
This sectionalized design allows maintenance work to occur on one area while others remain energized and operational. Every access point is protected by a dead-front door, and components are connected using fiber optic communication to eliminate conductive exposure paths.
