This program includes more than 400 employees, from full-time and part-time to hourly and salaried, across our Aurora and Streetsboro, Ohio, facilities, reinforcing that the value we create together belongs to all of us.

Progress Pays comes at a time when we are continuing to grow our presence in Northeast Ohio. Our ongoing expansion in Streetsboro will add 120,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and engineering space, supporting increased production and innovation as demand rises across AI infrastructure, data centers, and industrial markets.
