LayerZero eRPP-SL2: The Slim Remote Power Panel That Maximizes Space and Improves Safety
Aurora, Ohio

LayerZero Power Systems, LLC. has announced the release of the Series 70: eRPP-SL2 Slim Remote Power Panel. The eRPP-SL2 is designed to distribute electrical power effectively, maximize critical space, and enhance operator safety. With its small footprint, the eRPP-SL2 allows for space-saving mounting configurations for up to 336 poles in just two floor tiles.

The eRPP-SL2 features LayerZero's Zen DPQM™ technology, providing advanced power quality monitoring capabilities including real-time waveform capture. It offers various space-saving mounting options such as Single-Mount, Double (Back-To-Back), Double (Side-To-Side), Triple (Back-To-Back + Single Side), and Quadruple (Back-to-Back + Two Sides). The cabinet can be mounted free-standing or on a wall, with feeder cables located below the tile.

The eRPP-SL2 is designed with operator safety in mind, featuring a sectionalized, front-only design with no exposed live parts. It includes hinged doors with polycarbonate windows, dead-front inner doors, SafePanel™ panel boards, and InSight IR™ Portholes for safe IR scanning of bolted connections. The SafePanel is finger-safe (IP-20) and includes protective covers for unused panel slots. Circuit breaker shrouds are also available to conceal load side connections.

In addition to its space-saving and safety features, the eRPP-SL2 ensures power reliability through selective-trip coordinated power distribution with high-speed, current-limiting circuit breakers. The connections are brush silver plated for excellent conductivity, and the bolted connections are maintenance-free thanks to machined hardware.

The eRPP-SL2 comes with Zen DPQM (Distribution Power Quality Monitoring) for real-time power quality monitoring, metering, and waveform capture. It offers local display options including an LCD membrane or color touch screen GUI interface. Zen DPQM can connect via Modbus/TCP, SNMP, http, and Bluetooth.

The eRPP-SL2 is an ideal solution for applications that require space maximization and high reliability. For more information, please visit www.LayerZero.com.
