Concrete Pour Marks Major Progress at LayerZero Expansion

Construction continues moving forward at the LayerZero Power Systems expansion project at 10030 Philipp Parkway, with crews recently completing major concrete pour operations across multiple areas of the facility addition.

The latest work represents another important milestone in the continued expansion of manufacturing capacity as LayerZero Power Systems grows to support increasing demand from data center, AI, colocation, and critical infrastructure markets.

The rapid growth of AI infrastructure is driving unprecedented demand for power capacity, uptime, and electrical reliability. As data centers continue scaling to support higher-density computing environments, the need for safe, reliable power distribution infrastructure has become increasingly critical.

LayerZero designs and manufactures mission-critical power distribution equipment used to support these environments, including Static Transfer Switches (STS), Power Distribution Units (PDUs), and Remote Power Panels (RPPs). The facility expansion will help support continued growth in production capacity as demand for resilient power infrastructure continues accelerating.

Inside the facility, newly poured floor sections highlight the scale of the expansion. Utility rough-ins and floor infrastructure continue progressing as the interior space begins taking shape for future manufacturing operations.

Concrete work is a major phase in the construction process, establishing the foundation for future production equipment, manufacturing workflows, and long-term operational growth.

Recent aerial views show continued progress across the project, including roofing, structural work, site grading, and ongoing infrastructure development surrounding the expansion area.

The expansion reflects LayerZero Power Systems’ continued investment in manufacturing capability, production capacity, and long-term infrastructure to support the rapidly growing demands of modern critical power environments.

As AI infrastructure and digital operations continue expanding worldwide, LayerZero remains focused on building the electrical distribution systems required to help keep critical facilities operating safely and reliably.

Additional updates on the project will continue as construction on the LayerZero expansion progresses.
