Concrete Pour Marks Major Progress at LayerZero Expansion

Construction continues moving forward at the LayerZero Power Systems expansion project at 10030 Philipp Parkway, with crews recently completing major concrete pour operations across multiple areas of the facility addition.

The latest work represents another important milestone in the continued expansion of manufacturing capacity as LayerZero Power Systems grows to support increasing demand from data center, AI, colocation, and critical infrastructure markets.

The rapid growth of AI infrastructure is driving unprecedented demand for power capacity, uptime, and electrical reliability. As data centers continue scaling to support higher-density computing environments, the need for safe, reliable power distribution infrastructure has become increasingly critical.

LayerZero designs and manufactures mission-critical power distribution equipment used to support these environments, including Static Transfer Switches (STS), Power Distribution Units (PDUs), and Remote Power Panels (RPPs). The facility expansion will help support continued growth in production capacity as demand for resilient power infrastructure continues accelerating.

Exterior concrete operations were underway as crews poured sections near the building addition. The project continues to make visible progress with ongoing structural, utility, and site development work taking place simultaneously across the property.

Inside the facility, newly poured floor sections highlight the scale of the expansion. Utility rough-ins and floor infrastructure continue progressing as the interior space begins taking shape for future manufacturing operations.
