Expansion Progress at LayerZero: Masonry Complete, Roofing Advancing, Structural Work Continuing

Construction continues at LayerZero Power Systems’ expansion facility at 10030 Philipp Parkway, with major visible progress now established across multiple phases of the building envelope.
Exterior masonry on large sections of the new structure is substantially in place, clearly defining the footprint of the expansion and major access openings. Roofing activity is advancing across the main building span, while steel framing continues in adjacent open areas that will connect into the completed envelope.
Recent Construction Progress
- Completed masonry walls and architectural block detailing along the main exterior elevations
- Roofing membrane installation progressing across large roof sections
- Open structural bays prepared for additional steel and enclosure work
- Continued site grading and exterior access preparation around the perimeter
This expansion represents a major increase in production capacity and long-term operational flexibility for LayerZero Power Systems as manufacturing demand continues to grow.
As construction advances, upcoming milestones will include enclosure completion, interior systems work, and integration of the new space into existing operations.
