Preparing the Foundation for the Expanded LayerZero HQ

Work continues on the expanded LayerZero headquarters in Aurora, Ohio. Progress has been made on leveling the ground, and piles of dirt are ready to be removed. In addition, adjacent space behind the site has been cleared and is ready for leveling.
