Structural Framing Advances at LayerZero Power Systems’ Philipp Parkway Expansion
Project: Philipp Parkway
January 22, 2026
Construction continues to progress at LayerZero Power Systems’ 10030 Philipp Parkway expansion as structural framing advances across the new facility addition.
Over the past week, crews have installed additional steel columns and roof trusses, expanding the visible footprint of the structure and bringing the building closer to full enclosure. With the primary framing now spanning large sections of the site, the scale of the expansion is becoming fully apparent.
This phase represents a critical step in preparing the facility for upcoming enclosure, interior build-out, and systems installation. The expanded space is designed to support increased manufacturing capacity, engineering operations, and long-term growth as demand continues to rise for mission-critical power distribution solutions supporting data centers, AI infrastructure, and other critical environments.
Despite winter conditions, construction activity remains steady, reflecting the project’s momentum and long-term importance. The Philipp Parkway expansion underscores LayerZero Power Systems’ continued investment in infrastructure, people, and the capabilities needed to support customers well into the future.
Additional updates will be shared as the project continues to move forward.
