Structural Steel Progress at LayerZero Power Systems’ Philipp Parkway Expansion
Project: Philipp Parkway
January 14, 2026
Construction continues to move forward at LayerZero Power Systems’ 10030 Philipp Parkway expansion as structural steel installation progresses on the new facility addition.
Recent work has focused on erecting the primary steel framework, including columns and roof trusses, marking a major milestone in the expansion timeline. With the structural skeleton now taking shape, the project is transitioning from site preparation into full vertical construction.
This expansion is designed to support long-term growth across manufacturing, engineering, and operational functions as demand for mission-critical power distribution systems continues to increase. The additional space will enhance production capacity while maintaining the quality, reliability, and safety standards that define LayerZero Power Systems’ solutions for data centers, AI infrastructure, and critical facilities.
As construction advances, upcoming phases will include enclosure, interior build-out, and systems integration. The Philipp Parkway expansion represents a significant investment in infrastructure to support customers, employees, and future innovation.
Additional updates will be shared as the project continues to progress.
